4000/4010
The 4000 and 4010 Series pneumatic pressure controllers are manufactured to a high level of quality specifications to ensure superior performance and customer satisfaction. The pressure controllers are used in all kinds of demanding applications, including oil and gas production and chemical process industries. The pressure controllers sense the process pressure using a Bourdon tube-sensing element. The process pressure is then compared to an operator-adjusted set point, which in turn modulates the controller output. The controller output is then connected to a final control element that changes the process pressure.
5000
The 5000 Level Controllers utilize an innovative relay manifold design providing easy maintenance and greater safety. Unique access to the seal around the displacement arm allows for effortless maintenance without disrupting the vessel connection. The 5000 is field adjustable from direct to reverse acting without additional parts.
Bel - Gas Model I to P
The T2000 is a highly robust electro-pneumatic transducer with typical full-scale accuracy of 0.1%, designed to provide precise electronic pressure control of humid (non-condensing) and oil-laden process gases within harsh industrial environments, such as valve positioning, louver control, process control and web tensioning. Units are offered with a number of industry approvals (S Model), including NEMA 4X, CE, and FM and ATEX (intrinsic safety). Explosion-proof and dust-ignition proof versions (E Model) are also available.
SIEMENS 760 Positioner
The Series 760 Valve Positioners provide a cost effective universal approach to your valve control. Their modular concept allows all models to be built on the base pneumatic unit (Model 760P). The electro-pneumatic model (Model 760E) is created by adding an I/P transducer to the base pneumatic unit, and a wide range of accessories easily installs inside the unit. The 760 base pneumatic unit provides cam characterization, split ranging, direct or reverse action, and single or double acting without requiring additional parts. Key design features include non-interaction of the zero and span adjustments.
Series 760 Valve Positioners include provisions for internal limit switch mounting and position feedback devices without requiring additional housings. Thus, the need to stack housings that impede access to the main enclosure are eliminated.
SIEMENS PS2 Positioner
The SIPART PS2 electropneumatic positioner is used to control the final control element of pneumatic linear or part-turn actuators. The electropneumatic positioner moves the actuator to a valve position corresponding to the setpoint. Additional function inputs can be used to block the valve or to set a safety position.
The PS2 is the state-of-the-art in valve positioners. Compatibility with HART, Fieldbus and Profibus is available. Partial stroke testing and advanced diagnostics are standard.
The PS2 is also a no-bleed device when in steady-state, and the PS2 can be operated with natural gas. No hand-held devices or calibrators are required. Any configuration and setup can be done through the integral interface. Rated SIL (Safety Integrity Level) 2.
