Wisma Mulia East is a high rise building which consists of fifty floors of office space, a penthouse, and five basement floors. It is located on Jl. Jendral Gatotsubroto kav. 42, South Jakarta. The office floors are designed as steel frame with composite deck – reinforced concrete on metal deck supported by composite steel beams, girders, and trusses. The floor framing is supported at the perimeter by composite concrete columns (with embedded steel erection columns) and at the building core by reinforced concrete walls. The building also use bored pile foundation.
