Intumex RS10 is a fire stopping collar for plastic pipes made from powder-coated stainless steel, featuring on Intumex L as insulating layers. Due to the highly effective Intumex L layers the pipe penetrations can be installed according to the following charts.
Intumex PS fire stopping is a graphite-based pillow, which enables quick and easy, dust-free installation. Pillows that have peviosly been installed can be reused provided they have not been subjected to fire.

The system uses continuous intumescent strip technology encased in a stainless steel outer skin and achieves a fire resistance of up to 240 minutes. DURASTEEL® is a composite panel of fibre reinforced cement, mechanically bonded to punched steel sheets on both surfaces. It is classified as noncombustible in accordance with many national and international standards and is highly resistant to moisture even when saturated. It will not absorb combustible fluids and its fire resistant qualities are exceptional. DURASTEEL® is highly resistant to impact and blast, enabling it to withstand prolonged exposure to cellulosic, hydrocarbon or jet fire types.
Intumex AS is an acrylic based, single component fire stopping sealant. It forms a flexible seal once dry, is very suitable for accommodating movement and is also resistant to moisture.
